About our speakers
Sandra Brown (HCPCReg, MRCLST): Is an independent speech and language therapist who specializes in dysphagia management, training, supervision, and consultancy. She holds the RCSLT Sternberg award for clinical innovation in developing a post-graduate dysphagia training programme and is currently a member of the RCSLT pre-registration eating, drinking, and swallowing community and thickened fluids project working group.
Olivia Nicholson: A speech and language therapist working at a large neurorehabilitation unit. She completed her dissertation on the use of mouth care map with stroke patients and has since presented at the RCSLT mouthcare CEN and liaised with health educational England and industry to develop mouth care training and ward rounds
