Smruthi Venkat is a specialised speech and language therapist who works on the acute stroke rehabilitation ward at the Gateshead NHS Foundation Trust, supporting patient’s with post stroke communication and swallowing difficulties.
Rachel Lenderyou has over 10 years dietetic experience and is the acute team lead dietitian at Gateshead NHS Foundation Trust where she supports the stroke unit working in a MDT to provide nutrition solutions for their patients.
